PC MAGAZINE joins the year-end “best software” parade with recommendations for small businesses. Some of us writers may just fall in that category, especially freelancers who are selling lots of articles.

If you fall into this category, you might benefit from the magazine’s recommended online and free program: Microsoft Office Accounting Express. The program also offers tight integration with eBay and PayPal — SO if you have a truckload of your books in the garage, this online software facility can help you sell them.
