Free Font Picker Tool
Have you ever spent time trying to figure just which fonts to use in your documents, either as text or headlines? Occasionally, I run into this task and normally simply scroll through the drop-down list of fonts in Microsoft Word.
I’ve just come across a neat little tool that really helps — and it’s free: FontPicker by Charten Software.
This program is very simple to use. One can look at a single column of text, or two or three columns side-by-side. The screenshot is quite self-explanatory. This tool looks useful to me and has gone into my writer’s toolchest.
