DarkRoom Followup
Yesterday, I wrote about the minimalist word processor DarkRoom. Of course, Microsoft Word users think their software can do absolutely anything. In fact, sometimes I think they may be right.
Word can, in fact, be fooled into behaving somewhat like DarkRoom. So, if you’ve already paid your hundreds of dollars, you may wish to take some time to strip away its features in order to duplicate the free DarkRoom. Digital Inspiration provide a step-by-step guide on how to do it.

I’ve given DarkRoom a try. It’s an odd experience, a lot like using my dad’s old 8086 Compaq “portable” computer. It is calming though.
