Oh no. I have a tendency to switch from on program to the next mid novel, in the quest to find the solution. I've tried supernotecard before but never got to grips with it before the trail ran out so I unistalled it. Now I'm tempted to try it again, because it does work well with cbc, and cbc is a simple but really useful way of managing longer works like novels. The “oh no” is because I'm in danger of spending all my time migrating my novel from one program to the other instead of getting on and finishing the damn thing.

Tom - thanks so much for the mention and link for my blog. Your post is concise and has some great links for GTD'rs. And I definitely agree, writers will benefit greatly from implementing a GTD system.

I know, because one of my primary tasks in projects for a large local government supporting technology training for 10,000 employees is writing technical documentation and training manuals. I am working on over a dozen active training development projects at any given time, some with hundreds of task by the time they are completed. And I have used Nozbe everyday since discovering the application in March of this year. It has definitely improved my productivity, and relieved lots of stress.

I started actively twittering (or tweeting--I am still learning the lingo) this week. I am having fun learning about the daily lives of some rather famous people (famous to me anyway.) I can see already that I have to leave Twitter until later in the day when my writing is done though!
