For the next two months, I’ll be travelling around Asia, doing research for my book project. With my loyal laptop, I’ll p ost as often as I can — there is still so much to share.
But, you might ask, how can you post without an internet connection?
Of course, internet cafes abound in the part of Asia — the Philippines — where I’ll be spending most of my time. The one I use the most allows me hook my laptop into its network. I’m connected.
To facilitate posting, I will also test out at least two software programs that allow offline composition of blog posts, which can be swiftly uploaded once an online connection is established. I’ll be looking at: Windows Live Writer and Post2Blog. I’ll report back my impressions, once my travels are done.
This post, by the way, is my first using Post2Blog – a desktop blogging client for Windows. Wish me luck….
