Following up on my post of a short video explaining RSS Feeds, today I’m posting another one by the same creator: Wikis In Plain English. In less than 4 minutes, you will understand the underlying logic of this type of software facility.

Most everyone by now has heard of Wikipedia, an online encyclopedia that is built by the community of readers. Almost anyone can contribute [though some controversial entries in the early days have brought about some oversight]. Few writers, I’m guessing, have thought about what this facility can do for them. I, for one, have only recently started exploring the subject.

Take a look at this brief video. It will prepare you for another post or two in coming days that may encourage you to employ a wiki in your own writing endeavors.
