For the past month, I’ve been thinking through the next steps for this blog. I’ve already announced my intention to enlist a few like-minded writers as co-writers. Five people have indicated interest on a recent poll in the sidebar. I’ve even had a productive meeting with one of them. Those who have not yet done so, please look under the ABOUT tab above, where you will find my email address. Please write at your earliest convenience, indicating your interests. I look forward to renewed energy and broader perspectives in this blog in coming months.
Also, as you may have been stunned to see, I’m experimenting with a new design. This one, to my eye, is much cleaner, easier to read — and somehow more “literary.” I’d certainly like your feedback — just click a button in the new poll on the sidebar, to share your reaction. THANKS.

Ah, yes, Christine — remember you for sure. Hope we can spread the word
about this blog in the Philippines, especially since it is mostly written
right there in Manila. By the way, I return to Manila by end of this month.
